EAST HAMPTON, NY — East Hampton will come alive again with autumn fun as the Chamber of Commerce hosts its Third Annual Fall Festival in Herrick Park.
The event, which takes place on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., features more than 50 booths set up, where local artists, shopkeepers and 20 non-profits will display their wares and information.
Attendees can dance or listen to live music all day, from bluegrass to blues, with artists including Annie and the Band, The Jan Hanna Band, Twenty Seven Dollars and the East Hampton High School jazz band.
The day will be fun-filled for kids and families, as well, with activities including the YMCA East Hampton RECenter-sponsored inflatable bounce rides, fall craft projects, a healthy fitness obstacle course, a 40' climbing rock wall; art projects in the gazebo; a costume parade at noon for kids and parents; and a haunted pumpkin patch and pumpkin carving.
Also featured will be a live mural painting; and the opportunity to experience antique fire trucks, boats and other emergency vehicles.
Delicious culinary offerings include wood-fired pizza from Around the Fire; handmade pretzels from Knot of this World; and fare from Noah's on the Road, Perfect Pickle, the Golden Pear, Kona Ice and Mr. Softee. Village eateries will be open all day with specials and local craft beverages
